This Refund Policy applies to orders for the Evoke (念来) lifetime buyout (Pro) digital product purchased through the official Evoke website (evokering.com) and through our designated legitimate sales channels. This policy forms part of the Terms of Service and applies together with it.
Different sales channels are handled by different payment and Merchant of Record arrangements, so the exact refund path differs accordingly:
Before paying, you can try the unlimited Pro feature set free of charge for 7 days (starting automatically from the first launch on the device, with no payment method required).
During the trial you can fully verify the Software’s compatibility with your Mac hardware, macOS version and everyday workflows. We strongly recommend that you verify hardware and software compatibility before paying, so as to minimise refund requests caused by incompatibility or a mismatch with your habits.
You may request a refund when all of the following conditions are met:
Email support@huanfine.com and include: your order number (for overseas Paddle orders, also the email address used for the purchase) and the system diagnostic logs.
Our technical team will complete the verification within 24 hours and inform you of the outcome.
Once verification passes, we issue a refund back to the original payment method. The actual time for funds to arrive depends on the payment channel or card issuer. For orders placed through the overseas Paddle channel, Paddle executes the refund according to its own process once verification passes.
In the following cases we may be unable to accept a refund, or may need to assess the request with you further:
This policy does not diminish the consumer rights you enjoy under the mandatory laws of your country or region. If the law of your jurisdiction gives you a longer withdrawal period (for example the statutory right of withdrawal for digital content in the EU and the UK) or provides a more favourable remedy, that mandatory law prevails.
Orders placed through the overseas Paddle channel are also subject to the provisions on withdrawal rights and refunds in Paddle’s Buyer Terms. If any provision of this policy conflicts with the mandatory law applicable to you, that provision shall be deemed inapplicable to the extent of the conflict, and the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
We may revise this policy from time to time to reflect changes in laws, sales channels or product form. A revised version takes effect on the date it is posted on this page; for changes affecting your material rights, we will highlight them prominently on this page.
