Welcome to Evoke (念来), a macOS desktop application (the “Software”) independently developed and operated by Guangzhou Huanfang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “we”, “us” or the “Company”).
These Terms of Service (including the End User License Agreement, hereinafter collectively the “Agreement”) form a legally binding agreement between you (an individual, legal entity or other organization) and us, governing the download, installation, copying, activation and use of the Software. By clicking to download the installer, installing, copying or running the Software on a Mac, you confirm that you have fully read and understood this Agreement and accept all of its terms without reservation. If you do not agree with any term of this Agreement, please stop downloading or using the Software and uninstall it immediately.
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Software:
After downloading the Software, new users automatically receive a 7-day unlimited trial of all Pro features starting from the first launch on the device (no payment method required). When the trial ends, you may keep using the basic free tier (the core shortcut-invoked radial disk) or purchase a lifetime buyout license to enjoy the full workspace-management feature set permanently.
A Pro license key purchased on the official website or through our designated legitimate channels grants you the right to use the Pro features of the Software permanently (including the current version and compatible updates released thereafter).
[Device limit]: to protect the developer’s work while accommodating personal multi-device use, a single legitimate buyout license key may be activated on at most 3 Macs that you personally own or control. If you need to deploy in a corporate environment or on more devices, you must purchase the corresponding multi-seat license.
You expressly represent and warrant that, while using the Software, you will strictly comply with the following restrictions:

For orders placed through our overseas channel (Paddle), refunds are handled through Paddle in accordance with the Refund Policy.All intellectual property rights in the Software (including but not limited to the source code, algorithm architecture, radial ring layout and interface design, 360° sector arrangement, logo and visual assets, multilingual documentation, website materials and the marks “念来” and “Evoke”) are strictly protected by the Copyright Law, Trademark Law and Patent Law of the People’s Republic of China and by international copyright treaties, and are exclusively owned by Guangzhou Huanfang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership of the Software to you.
[“As is”]: to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Software is provided on an “AS-IS” and “AS-AVAILABLE” basis, and we expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or seamless compatibility with third-party applications.
[Liability cap]: for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Software (including loss of profit, loss of data or business interruption), our total aggregate liability to you shall in no event exceed the license fee you actually paid for the Software.
The formation, validity, interpretation, performance and dispute resolution of this Agreement are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (for the purposes of this Agreement, excluding the laws of the Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Regions and of the Taiwan region, and excluding conflict-of-law rules).
Any dispute arising from the performance of this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission for arbitration under its then-effective arbitration rules, or bring a lawsuit before the competent people’s court at the domicile of Guangzhou Huanfang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.
